Per qualified as a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in May 1995 and has been involved in property since 1989 and has worked with a number of firms of Chartered Surveyors in central London ranging from CB Hillier Parker and CBRE to Jones Lang LaSalle dealing with various central London Portfolios and properties, including at one time Centre Point Tower and at another time acting for The Crown Estate on the Regent Street Portfolio of properties. He has also worked with smaller independent practices spending a number of years managing and growing the income on an extensive portfolio of retail assets across the network of stations operated by both Southern Trains and Southeastern Railways, and a number of years working in the commercial property department of Transport for London as a Senior Asset Manager.

Per joined Martin Slowe Property Services Limited in September 2015, dealing with property management, lettings, reviews and renewals on the nationwide portfolio in all parts of England, Wales and Scotland.

He now oversees properties in all parts of England, Wales and Scotland as well as an office and shop complex in Nassau, Bahamas.
