Michael, a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer, joined Martin Slowe Property Services in July 2024, bringing extensive experience from both the private and public sectors. Prior to Martin Slowe Property Services, he worked at Glenny LLP, representing major financial institutions, private individuals, and corporate clients. He also has experience advising pension funds and public sector bodies, building a strong client base that relies on his market knowledge and property expertise.

With over 10 years of experience in the London and South East property market, Michael specialises in industrial, office, retail, residential, mixed-use, and commercial/residential development sectors.

At Martin Slowe Property Services, he focuses on the management of commercial assets nationwide, as well as undertaking valuations and lease advisory work, including rent reviews and lease renewals. He is dedicated to enhancing asset income, aligning strategies with clients’ investment goals, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

A skilled negotiator and problem solver, Michael is committed to achieving the best results for his clients while ensuring a proactive and strategic approach to asset management, valuation and lease advisory services.
