Rent reviews – we can advise tenants and landlords on rent reviews and the terms of an individual commercial property lease agreement
Lease renewal services – we can advise both landlords and tenants on negotiating and agreeing new lease terms, provide commercial rental advice and advise on the requirements and obligations of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954. We have extensive experience in achieving the most favourable rates and terms for landlords and tenants
Lease surrender – also known as a ‘surrender and acceptance agreement’ or a ‘lease termination agreement’, a lease surrender functions as an agreement between the landlord and tenant to cancel the commercial lease prior to the expiration date. We can advise from both a tenant and a landlord’s perspective

We are also able to provide expert witness referrals to arbitrators and independent experts in mediation cases and lease renewal proceedings where necessary and required.
