  • How can I pay my demand?

    There are a number of ways you can pay your demand, please quote your tenant reference, with payment.   • Can I pay online?

    Not currently. We are working on a tenant portal which will allow you to pay online. We will inform all our tenants when this goes live.

  • Can I pay by direct debit?

    This system is currently being trialled and we hope to launch this feature very soon.

  • Can I receive statements and demands electronically?

    Yes, we have started to roll this out. Please email and our team will take care of things for you.
