Martin Slowe Property Services are highly experienced in property and asset management and are able to advise clients regardless of their property type and portfolio size. We offer advice to suit every client’s individual situation to ensure maximum income returns and capital growth.

We provide service charge administration and accounting and we are specialists in fast nationwide commercial rent collection. We also provide landlords with a comprehensive service including eviction of itinerant travellers and forfeiture of lease instructions.

On commencement of our management, each property is fully audited and evaluated in accordance with our building and refurbishment programme. We will then examine leases and relating legal documentation, carry out a detailed site survey to ascertain the maintenance position and familiarise ourselves with any on-site staff. Having gained a full representation of the property’s status, we will then produce a detailed maintenance programme and budget, and proceed with our management of the property.
