Martin Slowe FRICS – Founder
Martin has been practicing as a surveyor since 1958.
As a founder of the business, Martin brings a wealth of experience of dealing with acquisition, investment and the management of Commercial Properties. He has wide-ranging knowledge and expertise in handling property portfolios of all sizes - from single units to large commercial developments.
Jeff Wyman – Managing Director
Jeff Wyman has been working at a senior level in property services and construction companies for 33 years, 13 of which have been at Martin Slowe Property Services.
He has extensive experience in property services, including a comprehensive knowledge of investment and finance. Jeff has managed clients’ accounts with values of up to £15 million, in various currencies and in different countries.
As managing director, Jeff now works closely in developing the company based on the original ideals of offering outstanding service within each and every aspect of the industry.
Ian Redfern BSc BA (Hons) MRICS - Property Director
Since qualifying as a Chartered Building Surveyor in 1993, Ian has worked in Property Consultancy companies, gaining a wide range of experience in professional aspects of property consultancy, contract administration and contract procurement. He is widely experienced in property management throughout England and Wales, dealing with commercial and residential properties of all sizes.
In his role as Property Director, Ian is responsible for overseeing properties to ensure the smooth-running of clients’ portfolios in order to maximise their income stream and maintain the condition of their investment.
Harvey Wyman – Director & Company Secretary
Harvey qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant in 1978 and joined the Chartered Institute of Management in the same year. He has over 30 years of financial and management experience, much of it at Director and Company Secretarial, Board or Senior Management level.
In 1997, Harvey became a Consultant Management Accountant in order to utilise his extensive financial and management skills. Since then he has worked with and assisted a number of companies in a variety of industries, including property management, process engineering, construction, building supplies, publishing, clothing manufacture, solicitor’s practice, catering, home furnishings and exhibition management.
As Director and Company Secretary, Harvey now channels his broad base knowledge and expertise in finance, investment, personnel and administration into the continual development and growth of Martin Slowe Property Services.
Alan Karbritz FRICS – Chartered Surveyor
Alan qualified as an Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in January 1973 and became a Fellow in May 1979. He has been involved in property since 1965 and has worked with a number of firms of Chartered Surveyors in central London. He has also worked in the property management departments of W H Smith, Dixons Photographic and The Metropolitan Police.
Alan joined Martin Slowe in July 1973, initially working in the various areas of general practice surveying, including structural surveys, building surveying and property management. He then went on to specialise in property management, particularly in the areas of landlord and tenant. He now oversees properties in all parts of England, Wales and Scotland as well as an office and shop complex in Nassau, Bahamas.
