Logistics park 'adds new building complex'

The largest logistics park in Scotland has added a new building complex giving an additional 423,660 feet of new commercial property space.
Centralpoint in the Elite Logistics Park was completed in December and is located next to the £330 million Maxim Office Park, according to Property Executive.
Karen Campbell, chief executive of TAL CPT Land Development LLP, the developers behind both the Maxim and Centralpoint schemes, told the news provider that the development has a state-of-the-art new warehouse and distribution units.
"Tenants will enjoy a superb distribution location coupled with access to retail and leisure amenities and world class park offered at Maxim," she said.
Ms Campbell added that the development can offer incentive packages on the industrial units which range from 53,434 square feet to 122,483 square feet.
In related commercial property news, research from property adviser GVA Grimley suggests that the demand for office space in Scotland continues to be strong.
