International manufacturer relocates to new HQ in Manchester

PZ Cussons, the firm behind brands such as Imperial Leather and Carex, is leaving its Stockport headquarters for new premises in south Manchester.
It will take 40,000 square feet of space at Manchester Business Park, Property Week reports.
The business park is being developed by the Arlington Business Parks Partnership fund, managed by Goodman and Manchester City council.
Planning applications have been submitted and the building is expected to be complete by early 2010.
Graham Calder, deputy chairman at PZ Cussons, told the publication: "Our present building has become unsuitable for our needs and no longer reflects the way in which we will operate in the future.
"Our premises at Manchester Business Park will be constructed to our own specification and will provide a modern and stimulating work environment."
Last year PZ Cussons reported an operating profit of £66.2 million, a ten per cent increase.
