Willan purchases Manchester offices

Independent property company Willan has purchased a multi-million pound Manchester office park.

The 40,883 sq ft Greenwood Office Park has been acquired by investment arm Willan Investments in a £3 million deal.

Willan Investments director Clive Richards said: "Greenwood sits well alongside our current portfolio and ethos of providing high quality accommodation that optimises fantastic value and accessibility."

He said tenants will appreciate the range of tenancy options and the quality and ambience of the location.

Offices range from 1,052 – 14,149 sq ft in two two-storey and one three-storey buildings accredited by Secured by Design and set in gardens with a gated entrance.

Willan plans to refurbish the available units and upgrade the management of the buildings and site.

The company was formed in the 1930s and remained family-owned, with a portfolio stretching from Rochdale to Warrington and Sale to Nantwich.
