Vincent Tchenguiz returns to UK commercial property

Vincent Tchenguiz has chosen to enter the UK's commercial property market for the first time in two years.
Property Week reports that Rainlodge - part of the Tchenguiz family trust and again has purchased a student hall in Leeds.
The acquisition from Unite is said to have been worth £10.6 million and Mr Tchenguiz told the publication that he would consider further commercial property purchases.
"Properties with long cash flows have different dynamics and they are actually starting to look cheap. Properties with occupational risk may not yet be cheap enough," he remarked.
The organisation is also considering corporate sale and leaseback opportunities, which Mr Tchenguiz claimed are "looking good value".
In related news, Business Desk recently reported that work on the £7 million commercial property development Indigo Blu in Leeds is underway.
The project is being undertaken by Maple Leaf Securities, following recent successes for the company.
