University business school signs up to Bournemouth development

Bournemouth University's Executive Business School has signed up to take all 45,000 square feet (sq ft) of Regent Place in Bournemouth.
Due to be completed next month, the Ankers and Rawlings Developments mixed-use scheme is the city's newest office building.
The business school will move into the building next year and expects to be fully operational from its new premises in September 2009.
It will be used for postgraduate education including new flagship programme the Bournemouth MBA.
Professor Chris Brady, dean of the school, said: "The Executive Business School will provide considerable benefits to the business community in Dorset, which will ripple out to others based nationally and internationally.
"The location of the building, situated near the Lansdowne Campus in the heart of Bournemouths commercial district, will become a focal point for the local business community."
Ankers and Rawlings Developments has been developing commercial and residential properties for more than 30 years.
It has developed more than two million sq ft of retail, office, business and industrial space.
