Three units let at Welsh retail park

Helical Bar has let three units at its David Morgan retail development The Hayes, in Cardiff.
Advised by Jones Lang LaSalle and Savills, the deal leaves just one unit available.
The new retailers are Molton Brown, Shoon and White Stuff, which between them have taken more than 8,000 sq ft of space and will join established shops at the site such as TK Maxx and Borders.
Each unit has been taken on a ten-year lease, with White Stuff's 4,700 sq ft space costing £150,000 a year.
Jones Lang LaSalle's Tony Edwards said: "Helical Bar has undertaken a very sympathetic redevelopment of this famous landmark property, which has produced a high quality retail environment that will complement the Hayes Frontage of the St David's 2 development which opens next year."
Matthew Brown of Savills added that the firm is "delighted" to have attracted quality fashion retailers to the development.
Helical Bar operated as a manufacturer of reinforcing steel for the construction industry before turning its focus to commercial property in 1984.
It now has a market capitalisation of more than £300 million.
