Tenants agree leases for Media Park

Two new tenants have agreed to lease sections of Pinewood Shepperton's Media Park in Buckinghamshire.

Panalux, a film lighting company, has agreed to the occupation of 50,000 square feet of the commercial property park and Avid has signed a similar deal, Property Week reports.

Pinewood Shepperton revealed that the new tenants would bring financial success to the firm over the coming years.

A statement released by the firm read: "These agreements add to the strategic process in building diversified, long-term and higher quality revenue streams."

The two new tenants will join Technicolour on the site who will occupy 42,000 square feet of the development.

Meanwhile, Hammerson and Land Securities have secured a range of new tenants for the Cabot Circus development in Bristol.

Urban Outfitters, G-Star, Fat Face and French Connection are among the new occupiers of the site.
