The company which will occupy the site, CM Downton, revealed that the new facility would help safeguard the firm's future.
Andy Downton, managing director of CM Downton, told the publication: "We looked at many sites but the park's close proximity to Junction 12 (of the M5) was the deciding factor."
"It represents a significant investment for the company but underpins our confidence in the future and our continued commitment to invest for the long term."
Meanwhile, Urban Initiatives will being working on a number of regeneration projects for the city of Birmingham.
The firm was recently named as the winning bidder for a 20-year development scheme for the area.
