St Helens business centre opens

A business centre has opened

A new business centre has been opened in St Helens to provide enterprises across the region with flexible workspace.

The Bold Business Centre, opened by Bizspace, will offer almost 35,000 sq ft of workspace options including managed office space, meeting rooms, virtual offices, mailboxes, workshop and storage facilities, Property Mall reports.

"We've only been in St. Helens for a couple of weeks and already have a wide range of small and start-up businesses eager to move in," remarked Julie Jones, the centre's manager.

Bizspace is the UK's largest provider of flexible managed workspace.

In related news, plans for the conversion of a disused factory in Stoke-on-Trent into office and business space have been submitted to the city's council.

Property developer St Modwen hopes that the development at the former Royal Doulton ceramics factory will be able to house 50 small to medium-sized businesses in a 70,000 sq ft business enterprise centre, Property Week reports.
