Mortgage firm moves to new office

Trigold moves to new headquarters

Mortgage firm Trigold has announced that it has moved to a new head office in order to support its plans for future growth.

The company has relocated to new office space in Putney, London, to premises which are 25 per cent larger than its old head office in Kensington.

The firm plans to continue operating its technology centre in Leeds.

Martin Colyer, managing director of Trigold, said: "We have grown considerably over the past five years and we've simply grown out of our existing office and so the move to Putney to a larger, more modern building ticks all the right boxes and with over 8,000 square feet the new premises are a real vote of confidence in the future."

The company will be employing 85 people in London, in addition to the 25 members of staff working in its technology development team in its Leeds office.

Property Week recently reported that figures from King Sturge showed that the central London commercial property market has seen £3.5 billion in investment from sovereign wealth funds over the last ten years.
