Investment opportunities 'to arise later this year'

People looking to invest in commercial property are expected to consider the market in the last six months of this year.
Stuart Orr, the investment director of property firm DTZ, has claimed that investors may be tempted back into the sector in the next six to nine months.
Talking to the Scotsman, he suggested that values in the commercial property market have fallen by over a third in recent times, which highlights the potential opportunities now available in the sector.
He told the newspaper: "The next six to nine months is likely to be the optimal time to invest as market pricing may over-correct."
Recent research by the Bank of England revealed that credit availability in the commercial property also dropped during the fourth quarter of last year.
According to the study, further reductions are also expected across the next three months.
