Commercial property opens in Waterloo

Commercial property space created close to both Waterloo station and Westminster Bridge in London is being brought to the market, it has been revealed.

Agency MERJS has announced that it has been made the sole representative of the cooled office space in SE1 by Reggeborgh.

The 3,812 square feet of space is on the fifth floor of the bulding and also features a fitted kitchen, a passenger lift and comfort cooling.

Robin Lester, commercial property agent at MERJS, said the site was a "great addition" to its portfolio.

He added: "Offices in this area are in high demand due to the location. Waterloo mainline station provides a gateway to the south west of England whilst Waterloo underground station is located on the Bakerloo, Northern and Jubilee lines."
