Commercial property market is 'attractive again'

An expert has claimed that the commercial property market in the UK has become "attractive" to investors once more.
Rupert Mucklow, the chairman of A&J Mucklow, claimed that the "income return and future capital growth prospects" in the sector are beginning to improve, meaning may be set to return to the market.
The company recently renewed terms on its existing banking facilities with HSBC and intends to use the money to consider investment acquisitions.
Mr Mucklow added: "The occupational market will remain weak for some time, but property values are likely to stabilise, in anticipation of an improvement in the economy next year."
It was recently revealed that Dragons' Den entrepreneur James Caan is launching a new commercial property fund in collaboration with ING, with a view to taking advantage of emerging opportunities in the market.
