Businesses sign up for commercial development

A hotel, cinema and Sainsbury's store have been signed up for a new development in south London.
Igloo, part of asset management firm Morley, has reached a deal with Bespoke Hotels for a 79-room hotel at the site in Bermondsey, Property Week reports.
A restaurant, al fresco seating area and a deli will also be included in the new building.
Agreements have also been reached with independent cinema company Shortwave Films and Sainsbury's.
The supermarket chain will open a 4,300 sq ft Sainsbury's Local store at the site on the junction of Tower Bridge Road and Long Lane.
Office space and 76 apartments have already been proposed for the scheme which will also include space for the weekly Bermondsey Antiques Market.
In related news, a number of architects have been chosen for the redevelopment of New Covent Garden Market (NCGM).
A team of nine firms led by URS will produce a design brief for the redevelopment of the London market.
