Business Park attracting prestigious customers

The Teesside Business Park in Stockton on Teesside has attracted several big name companies since opening, with banking giant HBOS being the latest name to take up residence.

Property director of Terrace Hill Martin Vickerman said his organisation is "delighted" that a reputable company such as HBOS has chosen the site, calling it a "resounding endorsement" of the development.

HBOS has signed up for 4,300 sq ft of space on a ten year lease on the Three Acre site development at Teesdale, reports Property Mall.

"This development has already attracted a considerable amount of interest from the financial and professional services sectors, which is, of course, extremely well represented at Teesdale," said Mr Vickerman.

"There is a strong local demand for quality offices on Teesside and we are confident that this scheme will satisfy this demand," he added.
