Bristol development 'ready for business'

Cubex Land has completed a new £35 million commercial property development in Bristol.
Set to be marketed by King Sturge and Hartnell Taylor Cook, the new Paragon building on the corner of Victoria Street and Countership includes 75,000 sq ft of office space.
Legal firm Thring Townsend & Pembertons was recently named as the development's first tenant, taking up a third of its office space.
Ian Wills, partner in the Bristol office agency team at King Sturge, said the building "really sets the standard in terms of location and its environmentally friendly design".
He added: "The sustainability features of the building mean lower running costs for occupiers - saving them money straight away."
King Sturge recently confirmed that it has been instructed by Threadneedle to market the Exe Box on Marsh Barton Trading Estate in Exeter.
The site is currently let to Marks & Spencer.
