Bradford shopping centre leasing plan revealed

London-based developer Westfield has launched the leasing plan for its £320 million Bradford shopping scheme.
Retailer Debenhams has already signed up for space at the site to become Bradford's first department store, Property Week reports.
Other stores that have agreed leases include Marks and Spencer, Next, Topshop, Wallis and River Island.
Dorothy Perkins and Miss Selfridge will also be taking space at the site, in a return to the city following the closure of their previous stores because of the shopping centre plans.
The scheme includes 581,200 square feet of retail and leisure space and 40,000 sq ft of offices.
Some 1,750 car park spaces and an 800-seat food court will also feature.
Westfield employs 5,000 people worldwide and holds investment interests in 188 shopping centres, including seven in the UK.
The Bradford scheme is due to open in 2010.
